Landlord Charges
Full management
12 % of the monthly rent including VAT (10% of the monthly rent plus VAT).
However this may depend on the discretion of the team and can vary due to various promotions running at the time.
Introduction Only
Full months rent includes VAT, Administration fee & deposit protection.
Administration Fee includes tenants referencing and credit checks (Optional) £60 including VAT (£50 Plus VAT).
Deposit Protection £32 including VAT (£20 Plus VAT).
